Orders and Cancellations
Ordering Policy
Orders placed online can take up to 24-48 hours to process. All orders must have a matching billing and shipping address or the order will be rejected.
Truck and trailer parts that are able to be shipped UPS, Fedex, USPS or select LTL methods will be processed online and shipping charges will be handled during check. Items that cannot be processed online which includes but are not limited to Trailers, Pickup Flatbeds, Bumpers and other larger items, will either be handled after the sale and will be noted on the product page. For some items you may need to contact our sales team to purchase.
Once orders have been placed; review all items for accuracy, Riverside Trailers Jerome is not responsible for misordered parts or errors in the shipping address. Once the item is processed or shipped changes may not be possible and will be at the buyers expense.
Special Orders can be placed for items not typically kept in stock at our locations or partnered locations. These items typically have longer lead times, special shipping rates and are not returnable. All sales are final once processed.
ORDERS WITH PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
- If the order is canceled before shipping, the promotional item will also be canceled and will not be sent.
- If the order is partially returned, and the remaining total falls below the promotional threshold, the promotional item must be returned as well.
- If the promotional item is not returned when required, its full retail value may be deducted from your refund.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once processed.
- We work with different brands and suppliers each with their own terms. Cancellation options may vary depending on their policies.
- Special order and custom items have longer ETA
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed within 12 hours can typically be cancelled without issue. Once an order has been processed and shipped the order will need to be accepted and returned. No order can be cancelled or redirected once the carrier takes possession of the package. Refusing the package is not an option. At times packages ship from remote locations and or multiple locations, these facilities do not have the capabilities to return your item properly and can result in a lost or stolen item or additional shipping charges. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and not that of Riverside Trailers Jerome.
Special Order or Custom Items can not be cancelled or modified once processed. All sales are final once processed.

- If your order hasn’t shipped yet it can be canceled and issued a full refund; no hassle, no fees.
- If your order has already shipped, don’t refuse it; you can still return it. Contact out team within 30 days of must items.
