Riverside Trailers Jerome brings to the Magic Valley area a large selection of trailers, towing Products as well as truck and trailer accessories. Below are the shipping and returns policies for the varies products offered online and in house.
Returns Policy
Truck and Trailer Parts: The original purchaser may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and not that of Riverside Trailers Jerome. Items found to be opened, installed or otherwise not able to be sold as in a "New State", restocking fees may be applied or the items returned may be rejected and the returned at the shipper expense. If the return is a result of our error (Example: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Riverside Trailers will pay to return or replace the product.
You should expect to receive your refund within one weeks of your package being received. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). All Amounts are returned only to the original method of purchase or as store credit. We will not return the cash value for an item for online purchases or other methods of payment that was not originally cash.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
WHO COVERS SHIPPING
- Our Fault? We cover the return shipping if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- Changed your mind? You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
- Made-to-order, customized, special-order items, gift cards, final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return. If an item is special ordered for any reason or is marked as a Non-Returnable item, these items may not be returned and are final once processed.
REFUND PROCESSING
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, some products cannot be shipped and must be picked up locally. These items can include but are not limited to trailers, truck beds, bumpers and truck toppers.
Items that are able to be shipped typically ship within 24-48 hours from the purchase date. Longer ETA's will be communicated with the buyer directly as new information becomes available. This can include backordered items, special order items and/or items that require special or extended shipping times.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship to the Continental U.S, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. territories beyond those listed. Your shipping and billing address must match, and only physical address will be accepted. These are address that UPS, Fedex and LTL trucks can deliver to. We will not accept P.O. Boxes.
In-house pickup can be selected if the buyer is local. Items that are currently in stock at our location can be picked up immediately. However, many items can take 2-5 business days to arrive. Contact us for more details.

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — lead times are clearly listed on product pages.
SHIPPING METHODS
- We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight partners depending on the item and location.
- In-house pickup can be selected if the buyer is local.

TRACKING
- Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.
- If your order is split into multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
- All tracking information can be found and managed in your customer account page
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
- Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, changes are not possible.
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur re-shipping charges.
- Shipping and Billing Address must match
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Riverside Trailers Jerome is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
DAMAGED GOODS
- If your order is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number.
- Provide the tracking number for the package damaged
