The PJ Trailers GL model is the ultimate heavy-duty stake body engineered for users wishing to perform demanding industrial deliveries with the ability to add stake sides. Designed specifically for longer cab and chassis configurations, this platform bed comes in standard and heavy-duty variations ranging from 12 to 24 feet in length. Please note: The GL platform body is not intended for use with a gooseneck trailer.

Depending on the length selected, the foundation relies on up to 8” Structural Channel Steel Frame Rails and 4" Channel Crossmembers to provide massive payload strength while preventing interior tube rusting. The top working surface is a high-strength Treadplate Deck designed to handle rough materials and heavy pallets without buckling. Every bed is coated with a powder primer and finished in a super durable high-gloss black powder coat.

PJ Trailers Truck Beds & Service Bodies Factory Warranty
When you invest in a PJ Trailers truck bed, you are backed by a manufacturer committed to long-lasting durability and quality. The following coverage applies to new PJ flatbeds and service bodies:
- 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty: Covers the structure of the PJ truck body against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- 1-Year Limited Finish Warranty: Covers the powder coat and paint finishes against peeling, flaking, or cracking (excluding normal wear, physical damage, and areas impossible to achieve total coverage, such as behind rub rails).
- Lifetime LED Light Warranty: All factory-installed LED lights are backed by a lifetime warranty.
- 4-Year / 48,000-Mile Service Body Warranty (GU & GUA Models): Specialized extended coverage exclusively for steel and aluminum service bodies protecting against manufacturing defects, including a 6-Year No-Rust Guarantee.
- Third-Party Components: Any individual components not manufactured directly by PJ Trailers are covered by the warranties provided by their respective original manufacturers.
