At the core of the platform is a heavy-duty I-beam frame with 16″ center cross-members, a 2″ treated wood deck, and a reinforced outer deck structure built to handle real work across a wide range of lengths. On longer models, the added torque tube helps keep the trailer stable under load and adds confidence across longer spans. A full 102″ deck width, dual-wheel stance, rub rail with spools and stake pockets, treadplate fenders, and welded D-rings give operators the room and securement points needed for equipment, materials, and heavier freight that demand more than a standard single-wheel platform.
Up front, the FDX Dual is built around a gooseneck with adjustable 2-5/16″ ball coupler, dual 12,000 lb. drop-leg jacks, and practical front storage options that keep the trailer ready for daily use.
