The WH Model is Norstar's top-of-the-line bed. The Western Deluxe comes ready to impress with a stunning diamond plate floor, a structural steel frame, and a head-turning standard aluminum trim package. We have put just about every option on this bed except the kitchen sink. Featuring cast housings on the rear lighting, integrated fuel fillers, chrome accented head rack lighting, and brushed stainless steel fenders, this bed is the perfect fit for any single or dual-wheeled work truck. WH Model Sizes & Vehicle Footprints
The WH requires specific sizing based on your truck's generation, rear-wheel configuration, and cab-to-axle (CA) measurements. Note that the WH features slightly tailored deck widths compared to standard beds to accommodate its custom skirting and toolboxes:
84" L x 78" W: Engineered specifically for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) setups replacing factory short beds. Features a 74" Deck Width.
8'6" L x 78" W: Standard 8-foot frame replacements for Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks. Features a 74" Deck Width.
8'6" L x 84"/88" W: Wide-deck configuration explicitly designed for Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) standard 1-ton swaps. Features an 80" or 84" Deck Width.
9'4" L x 78"/88" W: Extended length models built as a direct fit for commercial 60" Cab-to-Axle (CA) frames in both SRW and DRW.

While the WH model looks like a show-truck bed, it is built on a massive foundation. The chassis runs on formed 3" x 3/16" channel cross-members. The body is constructed from durable 11-gauge steel with a heavier 10-gauge skirted bumper. It is capped with a rugged 1/8" diamond plate steel floor deck, ensuring it can handle dropping pallets and heavy equipment without breaking a sweat.

- Elite Towing Setup: Built-in Gooseneck Well housing a 30k Rated 2 5/16” GN Ball, surrounded by an 18" Gooseneck Trough and 4 Recessed D-Rings. The rear features a Dove Tail profile and a lab-tested 2.5” 18.5k Rated Bumper Receiver.
- Storage & Hardware: 4 Side Swing Tool Box Doors equipped with Chrome Hinges (Except Megacab).
- Premium Western Deluxe Aesthetics: Aluminum Trim Package, Brushed Stainless Steel Fenders, 2 Aluminum Cast Angled Fuel Fillers, Aluminum Cast Tail Light Housings, and an Aluminum Cast License Plate Housing.

- 3-Year Structural Limited Warranty: Covers structural defects on parts manufactured by Norstar, including the main frame, subframe, crossmembers, and railings.

- 1-Year Paint Finish Warranty: Under the comprehensive warranty, the paint finish is warranted against peeling and cracking.
